Privacy at luseen.
Last updated · 15 September 2026
This notice explains how luseen handles information when you browse this website or send an inquiry. It is designed to be useful and readable; it is not a substitute for legal advice.
Who is responsible?
Lusine Poghosyan, professionally known as Lucy, operates luseen and is the data controller for this site. luseen is based in Bologna, Italy.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, choose “Privacy request” on the contact form, message Lucy on LinkedIn, or contact @luseen_ai on X.
Information collected
When you send an inquiry
The form collects your name, email, selected area of interest, message, submission time, and a random submission identifier. Company and website are optional. It may also record the page/referrer path and campaign labels that brought you to the form; query strings are removed from stored URLs.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information. Contact inquiries are not added to the Ahead newsletter. Newsletter subscription is a separate action.
When you browse
Vercel Analytics provides aggregated usage information such as page views and site performance. luseen’s custom events record actions such as selecting a service package or successfully submitting the form; they do not include your name, email, message, or other form contents.
Why this information is used
- To read and respond to your inquiry and take steps you request before a possible engagement.
- To protect the form and Notion workspace from automated abuse.
- To understand which pages and service options are useful and keep the site working.
- To meet legal obligations and handle privacy requests.
The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure, useful website, and legal obligations where they apply. luseen does not sell your information or use an inquiry as consent for marketing.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website, runs the contact endpoint, and provides privacy-oriented analytics. Vercel privacy policy.
- Notion stores contact inquiries in a private database accessible to luseen. Notion privacy information.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission appears legitimate before it reaches Notion. Cloudflare privacy policy.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms apply where required. luseen limits the information sent to each provider to what is needed for the purpose above.
Retention and access
Unanswered or closed inquiries are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. Spam is removed sooner. If an engagement begins, relevant contractual or accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
Access to the inquiry database is restricted. The Notion integration can read and insert inquiry records only in the connected data source. Secrets used by the contact endpoint are stored server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
Cookies and changes
luseen does not intentionally use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Turnstile and the hosting platform may use limited technical storage needed for security and delivery. If non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice and the consent approach will be updated before they are used.
This notice may change when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
